This pond, the largest and most significant in the area, holds profound value for the community, providing essential water resources and serving as a space for religious, cultural, and recreational activities. Over the years, however, siltation, pollution, and lack of maintenance have affected the pond's capacity and ecological balance, presenting an urgent need for revitalization.
